Why would I call Capital to buy a computer when I can go to a local box store and purchase one?
Sometimes an off the shelf computer will serve the purpose; if that is the case we will tell you to take that approach. However, more often than not the client needs a business grade computer with more memory and higher quality components than what is found on the shelf. Frequently when a client calls having just obtained a computer at the store it already has problems including being slow or having inadequate virus and spyware protection or not having software the client thought they would be getting. We end up having to remove unnecessary software that was preinstalled, upgrade the memory and install software not included when purchased. The client ends up spending more money in the long run.

Why pay for a Maintenance Agreement when I could just pay as I go for problems as they occur? Wouldn't that cost less?
With a Maintenance Agreement our clients get a full evaluation of all their systems; documentation of all their software and continuing updates and remedies of current and potential problems. The client gets preventive maintenance and faster response time when unexpected problems occur. The Maintenance Agreement keeps a client’s network functioning in advance and eliminates much of the risk of down time if a problem occurs. There is a high cost to a business if their network goes down. It could be down for days while looking for a company to come in and fix it. When the computers are down the cost of lost productivity can be great. A maintenance contract is a step towards protecting your business. We find in the long run preventative maintenance and a proactive approach saves the client money.
